Music On Main
The Downtown Bozeman Association is proud to present the 24th
Annual Music on Main summer concert series this summer in Historic Downtown Bozeman!
Music on Main will be located in Bozeman on Main Street from Rouse to Black Ave.
The fun begins at 6:30 PM until 8:30 PM on Thursday evenings from July 11th
to August 15th.
This event is hosted by the Downtown Bozeman Association and is free and open to the public.

You can find us all Summer Long at the Bozeman Lindley Park Farmers Market every Tuesday, The Livingston Farmers Market on Wednesdays, Music on Main every Thursday and at most of the Bridger Brewing Summer Concert Series Events. We pop up all over so follow us on Facebook for more events and tacos!

Do You Cater To Special Food Needs?
Most definitely! The fish is always fresh caught and the tacos are customizable, gluten free, and always packed with tasty fresh ingredients. Per request we can cater to those with other special dietary needs like celiac, dairy sensitivity, vegan, vegetarian, and paleo.
Our Family
From John Bozeman's Bistro to The Baja Fish Taco Truck, the Hill family has always been about incredible food.
The Hill Family owned and operated John Bozeman's Bistro in Bozeman for 34 years. After closing its doors in 2014 they decided to continue their passion for serving Bozeman some of the best food around via a new, mobile food truck. Voila, the Baja fish taco truck was born.
Today the Hill Family can be found slanging delicious fish tacos and Mexican fare all around Montana.
Food is truly their passion and it shows! You'll see all three brothers, Dana, Robin, and Jamie, as well as mom and dad, Carla and Tyler, doing everything from taking orders to working the grill.
